开心雪糕 VS 火爆午餐



今天去Vivocity,因为Ben & Jerry有免费派送雪糕!!当我们抵达那里时,队伍已经从购物广场里面排到露天的阳台去了,好长啊!!不过,其实速度是相当快的。这间店已经很有经验,所以有安排人手负责维持秩序,确保人群不会引起堵塞。

一共有5种口味的雪糕可以选择,不过一次只能选一种口味,一个scoop。虽然是一个scoop,但是那个雪糕小姐很好人哩,她舀了很大一scoop给我呢!!很不错哟!!

吃了雪糕过后,我们决定去吃Superdog。那是我第一次去,不过吃了一肚子气!

朋友有提醒我们只要拿出学生证,就会有优惠折扣。当到柜台点了食物后,等待招待人员准备水时,突然听见朋友说起学生证,我猛地想起自己没有拿出学生证。因此,我问了招待人员,确认是否有学生证就有折扣,谁知道她说已经输入资料,不能再换了。

我好声好气问她是否能重新输入,她一口咬定说不行。我就说起怎么她之前没有问看我们是否是学生时,她竟然大声起来:“我怎么知道你是学生!” 我听了,火就来了!喂,我是不是学生,难道我的额头会写着“学生”两个字吗?!难道我一定要穿制服才是学生吗??这是什么服务态度啊!你没有尽责,没问客人,怎么可以赖说客人不对呢?!!刘德华都有说啦,今时今日,这种服务态度系唔得嘎!!!

我心不甘,请不愿地去吃午餐。越想就越生气,吃完后决定去想那里的经理(身穿红衣)投诉。她就只是说声sorry,可是那个可恶的招待人员什么话也没说,只是对我笑笑。这更是把我给惹火了,她根本没有觉得自己有错!!!天啊!!怎么会有这种人哪!!

回到宿舍,决定找出Superdog的网站,然后写下所有的怨言。如下:

Today (12th April 2011, 2pm) was my first time visit to Superdog at Vivocity but I was very upset by the service. The service that I received was terribly rude by the staff called Kelly.

I didn't notice that there's special discount for students until I heard the customer next to me talking about it. I requested to get the special discount as I am a student. However, the response of Kelly was NO because she already keyed in the data and no changes can be made. I asked her in very polite manner that if she could re-key in the data but she refused to do so. Then I questioned that why she didn't mention after our order. She answered me in a very loud and rude way. She argued that I DIDN'T MENTION I am a student IN THE FIRST PLACE. She shouted and argued at me loudly "HOW I KNOW YOU ARE A STUDENT?!". I was totally disappointed by receiving such service!

1. Is this the service that Superdog gives the customer? The staff is not well-trained. She didn't serve the customer professionally.

2. Is this my fault for not telling that I am a student? How would I know there is this special discount if the staff didn't mention to me??

3. Even though I made complain to the manager but I didn't get a sincere apology after all.

I expect an explanation for this unpleasant service and unhappy experience at Superdog, Vivocity.

之前看过朋友写的投诉信,觉得写得太棒了,所以决定参照她的方式,哈哈~

希望Superdog看了过后,会给我合理的解释。不过那间店,算了。红地毯请我,我都不去!哼!!

wahh... my temper from cold changed straight to damn super hot!! she's too rude. it's not about the money, but her attitude!! >.<
